Our Jewellery
Every piece of Eden Zoe jewellery is entirely handcrafted with special care. We only use precious metals to make your meaningful keepsake pieces - 14k Gold Filled, 14k Rose Gold Filled and Sterling Silver.
Each piece is Individually stamped by hand, letter by letter, adding to the charm and uniqueness of your jewellery. As each piece is truly one of a kind due to the hand stamping and handcrafting process - please allow for slight variations, and letters which may not be absolutely perfectly straight - this adds to the charm of your handmade piece.

Payment
We accept Paypal and all other major credit cards through secure Paypal check out.
We also accept bank deposit for New Zealand and Australian customers - please email us if you wish to pay via bank deposit info@edenzoe.com

Shipping
Please allow up to 10 days for your order to be made. We do our absolute best to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible whilst still maintaining our high level of hand crafted quality. All orders within New Zealand are shipped via overnight courier ($6). Orders to Australia are shipped via our tracked economy express service which is $14 and delivery time is 3-5 business days. (No PO Box or Parcel Locker deliveries as signature is required upon delivery).

All other countries - $14 flat rate.

PLEASE NOTE: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Eden Zoe has no control whether your parcel will be subject to additional duties and Eden Zoe is not responsible for additional duties or taxes.


Rush Orders - We understand that there may be times that you need your order faster and by a certain date. We are more than happy to accommodate you the best we can at our discretion - please email us to discuss the date you need it by.

Returns and Exchanges
We are unable to refund payment or exchange on custom items, or if you change your mind or have made an error when ordering, so please choose carefully. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately and will repair, refund or exchange with the return shipping fees. If you wish to return a faulty product, please email us to let us know about the faulty item you are returning before sending it back to us.
